MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wheeler, <br />SECONDED by Vice Chairman Davis, to direct staff <br />to bring the Murphy Deed back countywide. <br />Commissioner Wheeler thought it was unfair to the rest of the County. Vice Chairman <br />Davis said he would Seconded the Motion with the caveat "if individuals were not aware of the <br />Murphy Deed." <br />Chairman Bowden saw the need for research because of the cost factor, and <br />Commissioner Wheeler did not care about the cost factor, but fairness. <br />Attorney Collins assured the Board that the County possesses data on the Murphy <br />reservations and explained the reason the research was done in the 1990s. <br />Based on comments by and discussion with Attorney Collins, Commissioner Wheeler <br />restated his Motion as follows: <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wheeler, <br />SECONDED by Vice Chairman Davis, to direct staff <br />to bring this matter back with research, at a fixed date, <br />for Board review and consideration. <br />Mr. Brown pointed out that the County had already agreed and set a precedent by <br />releasing the reservations on 66th Avenue, and questioned how they could fail to apply the same <br />to 43rd Avenue. He believed that in all fairness the County has to do the same for 43rd Avenue. <br />Adrienne Cuffe, 695 43rd Avenue, asked if there was a time -frame on the <br />October 7, 2008 27 <br />
