October 9, 2007 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, October 9, 2007. <br />Present were Chairman Gary C. Wheeler, Vice Chair Sandra L. Bowden, Commissioners Wesley <br />S. Davis, Joseph E. Flescher, and Peter D. O'Bryan. Also present were County Administrator <br />Joseph A. Baird, Assistant County Attorney William DeBraal, and Deputy Clerk Leona Adair <br />Allen. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order at 10:29 a.m. <br />14.B.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES — REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 4, 2007 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 4, 2007, <br />as written. <br />14.B.2. CANCEL 2007 PETITION HEARING — SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />ASSESSMENT FEES <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board approved the <br />cancellation of the SWDD Petition Hearing scheduled for <br />October 9, 2007 <br />S.W.D.D. <br />1 <br />
