MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Neuberger, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowden, to approve Pastor <br />Hold's request. <br />Under discussion, Commissioner Wheeler expressed concern that the offer was <br />equivalent to $865,000 for a $315,000 piece of property and he said he would support the original <br />offer. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried 4-1 (Commissioner Wheeler opposed).(The Board <br />approved paying Mt. Zion Baptist Church, $540,000 plus <br />2.5 acres of land, 45th Street and 43rd Avenue, in exchange <br />for the last parcel needed for the new County <br />Administration Complex.) <br />9.C.
