It was ordered that the County will agree to issue partial release of Even & Brune <br />judgment to release 5 acres in Vero Land Co.'s., zubdivision upon the payment of X100* <br />for such release. <br />It was ordered that rent due by Judge Cobb on neffer house be accepted at :275.00 <br />and that X75.00 be refunded. It was also ordered that balance of §7.95 on account of <br />Leech inquest be paid the County Judge. Commissioners voting for this order being <br />Commissioners Yongue; Hamilton and LaBruce.
