b <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD. <br />THERE WERE NONE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY CLOSED THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION RIO. 78-68 SETTING FORTH <br />A MILLAGE OF .13730 FOR THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1978-79. <br />8 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-68 <br />,WHEREAS, all acts have been performed and all proceedings <br />have been carried out as required by law preliminary to the <br />Board of County Commissioners establishing a millage rate for <br />the Indian River County Health Department operated by the <br />State Board of Health; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That there <br />shall be and is hereby levied upon all of the real and <br />personal taxable property in Indian River County, Florida, for <br />the year 1978, the tax of .13730 mills or 13.73 cents <br />per thousand dollars to be used in carrying out the purposes <br />of the Indian River County Health Department operated by the <br />State Board of Health. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the 28th <br />day of September , 1978. <br />Attest: <br />Clerk <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By li`.0 't <br />William C.
