<br /> January 11, 2005 <br /> <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District met at the County <br />th <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25 Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, at 8:25 p.m. Present <br />were Chairman Thomas S. Lowther; Vice Chairman Arthur R. Neuberger; and Commissioners <br />Wesley S. Davis, Sandra L. Bowden, and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were Joseph Baird, <br />County Administrator; William DeBraal, Assistant County Attorney; Kimberly Massung, <br />Executive Aide to the Board and Maria I. Suesz, Deputy Clerk. <br /> <br /> The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />14.A.1. TRAINING PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDIAN <br />RIVER COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Neuberger, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Training Partnership Agreement with Indian River Community <br />College, as recommended in the memorandum of January 3, <br />2005. <br /> <br /> <br />ALL BACKUP DOCUMENTATION IS ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD AND <br />IS HEREBY MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES <br />January 11, 2005 <br />E.S.D. <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
