January 12, 2005 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />PUBLIC WORKSHOP ON <br />GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met for the <br />purpose of holding a Public Workshop regarding Growth and Development at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, January 12, 2005, at <br />9:00 a.m. Present were Thomas S. Lowther, Chairman; Arthur R, Neuberger, Vice Chairman; and <br />Commissioners Sandra L. Bowden, Wesley S. Davis and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were <br />Joseph Baird, County Administrator; William DeBraal, Assistant County Attorney; Kimberly <br />Massung, Executive Aide to the Board; and Maria I. Suesz, Deputy Clerk. <br />1.
