"Written", to read as: "Disclosure of Written <br />Communications on Quasi -Judicial Matter"; (3) each <br />Commissioner setting his own policy regarding <br />communications with the public; and (4) each <br />Commissioner implementing a policy with their Personal <br />Aide that would allow the public to know their feelings of <br />disclosure. <br />There was a brief discussion regarding taped conversations and the desire to obtain a <br />"living list" of Quasi -Judicial items from staff. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and by a vote <br />of 4-1 (Commissioner Flescher opposed), the Motion <br />carried. <br />The Chairman called a recess at 2:03 p.m. and reconvened the meeting at 2:09 p.m. <br />with all members present. <br />14.
