RESOLUTION NO. 78-73 <br />WHEREAS, on the 24th day of September, 1975, the <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, adopted County Resolution;NO. 75-62;' and <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution named particular individuals <br />to the TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE, representing <br />designated agencies and units of government; and <br />WHEREAS, for various reasons, some of the named <br />,individuals are no longer available for representing <br />their designated agency or unit of government; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Board of County <br />.Commissioners to amend Resolution 75-62, as amended, to <br />provide specific agencies and units of government that will <br />make up the TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE and, thereafter, <br />by Motion, appoint individuals to the TECHNICAL ADVISORY <br />COMMITTEE representing the named agencies and units of <br />government; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />i <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. Until new appointments by Motion are made by <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, the named persons established in j <br />Resolution 75-62, as amended, shall remain on the { <br />_ I <br />TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE. After new appointments <br />are made, said persons named in Resolution 75-62, as <br />amended, shall be considered removed and Resolution 75-62, <br />as amended, shall be amended accordingly. <br />2. The TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE shall be made up of <br />one (1) representative from each of the following -organizations, ! <br />. t <br />with no person representing more than one organization: <br />b ' <br />A.
