<br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-57
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />I!River County, Florida, have been requested to release the five
<br />,foot eas—nent on the rear or east five feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3,
<br />Pard the 2.5 foot side lot line easement on the South side of
<br />Lot 1, the North and South sides of Lots 2 and 14, the West side
<br />of Lot 3 and the North side, of Lot 15, all in Block "C", GRANADA j
<br />{
<br />GARDENS, Unit 1, according to the plat of the same filed in the i
<br />office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County,
<br />Florida in Plat Book 3, page 91; and
<br />WHEREAS, said rear and side lot line easements were
<br />!dedicated on the Plat of said GRANADA GARDENS, Unit 1, for public
<br />yutility purposes; and
<br />WHEREAS, the request for such release for easement has
<br />k'
<br />r!been submitted in proper form;
<br />II NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
<br />!1COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following
<br />rear and side lot line easements in GRANADA GARDENS, Unit 1, shalli
<br />{be released, abandoned and vacated, as follows:
<br />The utility easement.on side and rear lot lines of
<br />the following described:
<br />Lot 1, Block "C" --The South side lot line easement,
<br />being 2.5 feet, and east rear lot line easement,
<br />being 5 feet;
<br />Lot 2, Block "C" --The North and South side lot line
<br />easements of 2.5 feet each, and east rear lot line
<br />easement of five feet;
<br />Lot 3, Block "C" --The West side lot line easement of
<br />2.5 feet and south rear lot line easement of five feet;
<br />Lot 14, Block "C"--The-North and South side lot line
<br />easements of 2.5 feet each; and
<br />Lot 15, Block "C" --The North side lot line easement
<br />of 2.5 feet.
<br />All as shown, reserved and dedicated on the Plat of
<br />GRANADA GARDENS, Unit 1, according to plat of the same
<br />filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
<br />of Indian River County, Florida,.in.Plat Book 3, Page
<br />91:
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board
<br />of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be, and
<br />they are hereby authorized and directed to execute a release of
