I. r <br />SECTION 8. All local in-kind match required by contracts - <br />between the several jurisdictions and the'State of Florida, <br />Department of Community Affairs shall be provided by Indian River <br />County. <br />SECTION 9. The Indian River County Planning & zoning <br />Department shall maintain records of specifying time spent by <br />staff members on planning for each local jurisdiction. <br />SECTION 10. Property acquired through funds obtained to <br />complete required activities shall become the property of Indian <br />River County upon termination of this agreement. <br />SECTION 11. Time and financial^ records required under this <br />agreement shall be summarized in quarterly reports to the several <br />jurisdictions commencing for the quarter ending 31 December, 1978, <br />and presented within thirty (30) days of -the end of each quarter. <br />SECTION 12. This Interlocal Agreement may be terminated <br />for proper cause should any party fail to fulfill in a timely <br />and proper manner its obligations under this agreement; provided, <br />however, that proper cause shall require termination of 'contract <br />by the State of Florida, Department of Community Affairs as <br />prerequisite to termination of agreement in the case of dispute <br />concerning adequate performance by the Indian River County Planning <br />& Zoning Department. <br />Approved by the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners this day of , 1978. <br />Freda Wright - <br />Clerk of the Court <br />2i <br />�' Q A&ld <br />--liam C.
