SAN SEBASTIAN SPRINGS SUBDIVISION, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />PROJECT NO. UCP 3014, APPROVAL OF WORK ORDER NO. 6 TO <br />RETAIN CARTER ASSOC. FOR SURVEYING SERVICES <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved Work <br />Order No. 6 (Engineering/Surveying) from Carter Associates for <br />a total lump sum amount of $24,400.00, and authorized the <br />Chairman to execute Work Order No. 6 as recommended in the <br />memorandum of January 2, 2008. <br />WORK ORDER ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />12. COUNTY ATTORNEY MATTERS <br />A. RESOLUTION DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO THE COUNTY <br />ADMINISTRATOR OR DESIGNEE TO CALL LETTERS OF CREDIT AND <br />ROAD MAINTENANCE SECURITY ISSUED UNDER CHAPTER 934, <br />EXCAVATION AND MINING, OF THE CODE OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wheeler, <br />SECONDED by Vice Chairman Davis, to approve staff's <br />recommendation. <br />Attorney Collins disclosed that in light of this morning's earlier hearings, what this would <br />do is to allow under our ordinance, that the Board can delegate certain duties to our Administrator, and in <br />19 <br />January 15, 2008 <br />
