There is no requirement on how many members make up the committee <br />and he did not see a problem if the Board wanted to expand the committee or add <br />members to it. <br />CONSENSUS was to increase the Community <br />Development Block Grant Committee membership to <br />11. <br />Discussion continued and Chairman Ginn noted that as Chairman of the Board <br />of Commissioners she becomes a member of the Elected Officials' Oversight <br />Committee. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lowther, the Board acknowledged <br />the Committee assignments for each commissioner <br />and approved the addition of the Elected Officials' <br />Oversight Committee assigned to Chairman Ginn, as <br />listed in the memorandum dated January 12, 2004. <br />January 20, 2004 6 <br />
