MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Neuberger, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Macht, to change the <br />time constraints from 6 months to 4 months (July) and <br />to approve staff's recommendation.. <br />Robert Johnson, 535 39th Court SW, noticed that roads were not included and he <br />questioned doing an analysis with the existing impact fee because it would not be sufficient to <br />cover roads. <br />fee rates. <br />Director Keating said in the next couple of months they would have revised impact <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION and <br />the motion carried unanimously. (The Board approved <br />the impact fee scope of services, shortened the <br />completion date from 6 months to 4 months and <br />authorized staff to initiate the consultant selection <br />process for the project, as recommended in the <br />memorandum dated January 13, 2004.) <br />11.A.2.
