WODTKE, JR., CHAIRMAN; ALMA LEE -Loy, VICE <br />CHAIRMAN; WILLARD W. SIEBERT, JR.; EDWIN S. SCHMUCKER; AND R. DON <br />DEESON. ALSO PRESENT WERE JACK G. JENNINGS, COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR; <br />GEORGE G. COLLINS, JR., ATTORNEY TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; <br />JEFFREY K. BARTON, FINANCE OFFICER; AND VIRGINIA HARGREAVES, DEPUTY <br />CLERK. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS LED THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG, <br />AND REVEREND J. C. GLENN, CHAPLAIN OF THE INDIAN RIVER MEMORIAL <br />HOSPITAL, GAVE THE INVOCATION. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS <br />TO THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 20, 1978. THERE <br />WERE NONE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR <br />MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 20, 1978, AS WRITTEN. <br />THE BOARD DISCUSSED ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT TO CARRY A CONCEALED <br />FIREARM TO WILLIE M.
