He explained the process of how to determine the cost of impact <br />fees. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan wondered if a project needed three (3) or four (4) trips, and <br />if it would be financially feasible to enter into a proportionate share agreement. Director Keating <br />gave an explanation regarding trip and proportionate share amounts. <br />Chairman Wheeler opened the public hearing. <br />Joseph Paladin, Chairman of the Growth Awareness Committee, voiced concerns <br />regarding conservation and traffic decisions being made within the County.
