However, he felt there <br />should be a policy for the developers who build the roads, stating that they should have the <br />opportunity to vest. <br />Discussion continued and staff recommended the Board not take action on this issue. <br />Staff informed everyone that although Mr. Brackett is improving the links, there is no capacity <br />available for anyone. <br />NO ACTION TAKEN. <br />11.I.3.
