WORK <br />ORDER NO. 5 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously approved <br />Work Order No. 5 with Carter Associates, Inc. in the <br />amount of $34,720 for Oslo Transfer Station Lands and <br />adjoining County Utilities site to the south, as outlined in <br />the scope of services and authorized the Chairperson to <br />execute same, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />January 16, 2005. <br />Commissioner Davis questioned what public benefit there is in having underground <br />utilities on the major corridors.
