<br />bidding blanks are available at the Office of
<br />the County Administrator, Room 115, County
<br />Court Nouse, or will be mailed upon request.
<br />The Board of County Commissioners
<br />reserves the right to reiect any or all of the
<br />bids and make awards In any manner which
<br />the Board considers to be in the best interest of
<br />Indian River County, Florida.
<br />Bids for the above item shall be submitted in
<br />an envelope securely seated and marked an the
<br />outside to show the item being bid on and the
<br />date and time of the opening. The bids may be
<br />mailed or delivered to the Office of the County
<br />Administrator, Room 115, County Court House,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960. Proposals received
<br />after 9:30 A.M. November 1, 1978, will be
