<br />WAS POSTPONED UNTIL DECEMBER 20TH BY THE CONSULTING ENGINEER AND NO
<br />BIDS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED THAT HE KNOWS OF.
<br />ATTORNEY COLLINS FELT THAT ANY THAT MAY HAVE COME IN SHOULD BE
<br />REJECTED,
<br />ENGINEER BEINDORF CAME BEFORE THE BOARD AND EXPLAINED THAT
<br />THERE WAS A MIX—UP IPJ DATES, THEY INTENDED TO POSTPONE THE BIDDING
<br />BECAUSE THE PROGRAM THEY HAVE -SET UP NOW IS GOING TO RUN MORE THAN
<br />ORIGINALLY BUDGETED BECAUSE THE PROPOSED TIE—IN TO THE CITY SEWER

<br />SYSTEM WILL RUN SOMEWHAT HIGHER THAN ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED. THEREFORE,
<br />THEY HAD TO LOOK AT GOING BACK TO FHA FOR AN ADDITIONAL GRANT, AND IT
<br />BECAME NECESSARY TO POSTPONE THE BIDDING, BUT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SET
<br />UP FOR THE FIRST MEETING IN DECEMBER, NOT THE 23TH.
<br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE ASKED IF HE FELT DECEMBER 6TH WAS A REALISTIC
<br />DATE, AND ENGINEER BEINDORF STATED THAT IS HOW IT WAS ORIGINALLY
<br />INTENDED,
