THEY DO NOT ''CISH TO SPLIT TAE <br />BID AND WOULD PREFER TO WITHDRAW ENTIRELY. MAC`11LLAN OIL CO. IS <br />AGREEABLE TO SPLITTING THEIR BID AND SUPPLYING ONLY THE GASOLINE. <br />MR. NELSON, THEREFORE, RECOMMENDED THAT THE BID OF GULF OIL CORP. BE <br />ACCEPTED FOR THE DIESEL FUEL AND THE BID OF MAC11 LLAr1 OIL CO. FOR T. -IE <br />HI TEST GASOLINE. HE THEN DISCUSSED THE ESCALATION OF THESE PRICES <br />AND NOTED THAT THEY NORMALLY ARE RAISED ABOUT 172 FACA TIME A <br />NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED, AND THESE NOTIFICATIONS RE INCREASES OR <br />DECREASES COME IN MONTHLY. HE STATED THAT THE CURREIT COST TIE COUNTY <br />IS PAYING FOR DIESEL FUEL IS .4399 AND .57651 FOR TIE 91 TEST. <br />CHAIRMAN !1ODTKE DISCUSSED THE POSSIBILITY OF IAVIPlG RIDS ON <br />THESE ITEMS EVERY SIX MONTHS, BUT IT WAS GENERALLY FELT, IF THEY ARE <br />SUPPLIED FOR A SHORTER PERIOD OF TIME, THERE WOULD BE A 11IGHER PRICE. <br />ON 10TION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ACCEPTED.THE BID OF '1AC'IILLAN OIL CO. <br />FOR HI TEST GASOLINE IN THE AMOUNT OF, .574 PER GALLON INCLUDING TAX <br />AND THE BID OF GULF OIL CORP. FOR DIESEL FUEL IN THE AMOUNT OF .4020 <br />PER GALLON PLUS TAX, AS BEING THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDS MEETING <br />SPECIFICATIONS. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT'NEXT DISCUSSED SETTINC UP A WORKSHOP <br />MEETING ON DATA PROCESSING, AND ASKED FINANCE OFFICER BARTON HOw LONG <br />IT WOULD TAKE TO`GET TOGETHER THE NECESSARY INFORMATION. <br />THE FINANCE OFFICER STATED THAT HE AND RALPH ANTHONY WILL <br />OUTLINE WHAT THEY THINK WILL BE HAPPENING IN THE NEXT TWO YEARS AND <br />SUGGEST THE DIRECTION THEY WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE COUNTY MOVE.
