1. CALL TO ORDER, BCC CHAIRMAN <br />Vice Chairman Davis called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Vice Chairman Davis led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />3. WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS <br />Present for Indian River County were Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis, <br />Commissioners Joseph E. Flescher, Peter D. O'Bryan, and Gary C. Wheeler. Chairman Sandra L. <br />Bowden was absent. <br />Present for the Indian River County School Board were Karen Disney-Brombach <br />(introduced Executive Assistant to the School Board Judy Stang, Assistant Superintendent Dan <br />McIntyre, and Susan Olson), Ann Reuter, Debbie MacKay, and Lenora Quimby. <br />Present for the City of Fellsmere were Mayor Sara Savage, Mayor Pro Tem Cheryl <br />Hampton, Councilwoman Susan Adams, Councilman Fernando Herrera, and City Manager Jason <br />Nunemaker. <br />Present for the Town of Indian River Shores was Town Council and Town Manager <br />Robert Bradshaw. <br />Present for the City of Sebastian were Mayor Andrea Coy, and Vice Mayor Sal <br />Neglia. <br />January 31, 2008 2 <br />Joint Public School Concurrency Workshop <br />
