<br /> <br /> January 4. 2005 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met in <br />th <br />Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, 1840 25 Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on <br />Tuesday, January 4, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. Present were Arthur R. Neuberger, Chairman; and <br />Commissioners Sandra L. Bowden, Wesley S. Davis, Thomas S. Lowther, and Gary C. Wheeler. <br />Also present were Joseph Baird, County Administrator; William G. Collins II, County Attorney; <br />Kimberly Massung, Executive Aide to the Board; and Patricia Ridgely, Deputy Clerk. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />2. INVOCATION <br />Rev. Jim Newsome, First Baptist Church, delivered the Invocation. <br /> <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />County Administrator Baird led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN <br /> <br />As requested by Chairman Neuberger, County Attorney Collins opened the floor to <br />nominations for Chairman of the County Commission. <br />January 4, 2005 <br />1 <br /> <br />
