He also responded that the parking allowances are set forth <br />in the LDRs and would allow for unpaved, stabilized parking given the limitations on retail building <br />area. <br /> <br /> The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard regarding this matter. This is a 50% match <br />grant with half of the match being provided by the County and the other half being provided by the <br />State through the grant program. He noted that Karen Wood from the Council on Aging is in the <br />audience if there are any questions. <br /> <br /> The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard regarding <br />this matter.
