He did not believe the proposed <br />rd <br />improvements to 43 Avenue would be “workable” nor justified. He believed the traffic study was <br />th <br />undertaken during the 58 Avenue construction and was, therefore, flawed. He questioned whether <br />rd <br />a median would be included in the improvements and whether 43 Avenue would become a truck <br />route by default. He noted that his belief was that school children using that road would be put at <br />risk because of the increased traffic. He was opposed to the increased noise levels and asked for <br />shrubs and trees on both sides of the road. It was his opinion that north-south routes further west <br />rd <br />should be widened and 43 Avenue should be left alone.
