COMMISSIONER KENNETH R. MACHT – ACTING COUNTY <br />ADMINISTRATOR JOSEPH BAIRD – ANNUAL LEAVE AND <br />COMPENSATION <br /> Commissioner Macht noted that Acting County Administrator Joseph Baird was now in a <br />position of losing his accrued annual leave as he had been unable to take advantage of it due to the <br />absence of County Administrator Jim Chandler. He requested that the Board take action to retain <br />Mr. Baird’s annual leave for his use, as well as action to temporarily elevate his remuneration during <br />his tenure as Acting County Administrator. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by Commissioner <br />Adams, the Board unanimously approved either the retention of Acting <br />County Administrator Joseph Baird’s annual leave until such time as he is <br />in a position to be able to use it or compensation for said leave and <br />approved the elevation of Mr. Baird’s remuneration during his tenure as <br />Acting County Administrator. <br /> <br />13.C.
