<br />The Board of County Commissioners
<br />reserves the right to reject any or all bids and
<br />make awards in any manner which the Board
<br />considers to be in the best interest of Indian
<br />River County, Florida.
<br />Bids for the above item shall be submitted in
<br />an envelope satureiy seated and marked on the
<br />outside to show the item being bid on and the
<br />date and time of the opening. The bids may be
<br />mailed or delivered to the Office of the County
<br />Administrator, Room 11S, County Court House,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida, 32960. Proposals
