IT WAS VOTED <br />ON AND CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY, AND ITEM 4 WAS REMOVED FROM TODAY'S AGENDA. <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATOR THOMAS DISCUSSED BORROWING MONEY <br />FOR THE GIFFORD WATER SYSTEM AND STATED THAT IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO <br />AUTHORIZE THE ATTORNEY TO DRAW UP A NOTE NOT TO EXCEED $100,000. HE <br />EXPLAINED THAT WE HAVE ALREADY DRAWN DOWN $200,000 AGAINST THE $405,000 <br />COMMITMENT. FHA REQUIREMENTS NECESSITATE THIS INTERIM FINANCING. <br />ON POTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER DEESON, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ATTORNEY TO PREPARE AN INTERIM <br />BOND ANTICIPATION NOTE FOR THE FHA FINANCING OF THE GIFFORD WATER SYSTEM <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000 AND AUTHORIZED THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN THE <br />NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
