The Board approved: (1) for staff to <br />send to the Florida Legislative Delegation a strongly <br />worded letter of objection to Cloud Grove's Water <br />Application on the basis of its impact to the Indian River <br />County water supply system; (2) the retention of outside <br />legal counsel with expertise in these issues to represent the <br />County in said matter; and (3) that staff schedule a joint <br />meeting with the St. Lucie County Board of County <br />Commissioners et al, to discuss the County's concerns. <br />12.
