Commissioner Davis asked Attorney DeBraal if he would have a conflict if he voted <br />on this issue since he had family members in the septic business, and Attorney DeBraal ruled there <br />would be no conflict. <br /> <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and it carried <br />unanimously.
