HURRY TO GET ALL THIS TOGETHER, THIS ENTIRE STRIP WAS ALSO RECOMMENDED <br />TO THE BOARD BY THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION AS AGRICULTURAL. IT <br />WAS ADVERTISED AS BOTH AGRICULTURAL OR R-1. <br />MR. BAKER CONFIRMED THAT THE LETTER SENT TO MR. TROIANO <br />INDICATED THAT THE PROPERTY COULD BE CHANGED TO EITHER A OR R-1. <br />PLANNING DIRECTOR REDICK RECOMMENDED THAT THE STRIP FROM 660' <br />SOUTH OF OSLO ROAD ON THE EAST BE CHANGED TO R-1 RATHER THAN A. HE NOTED <br />THAT AREA 51 THE CORNER 330' EAST OF 43RD AVENUE AND 660' SOUTH OF OSLO, <br />WAS RECOMMENDED TO BE CHANGED FROM C-1 To A. AND HE BELIEVES THAT WAS <br />NOT THE INTENT AND RECOMMENDED THAT THIS.AREA REMAIN IN C-1 COMMERCIAL, <br />WHICH WOULD BRING THE COMMERCIAL ZONE RIGHT UP TO THE ROAD, <br />ATTORNEY HENDERSON NOTED THAT ABOUT HALF OF HIS CLIENT'S <br />PROPERTY, WHICH RUNS 1250' SOUTH, WOULD BE IN COMMERCIAL AND THE OTHER <br />HALF RESIDENTIAL. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT STATED THAT HE FELT AREA -2 SHOULD BE <br />RESTUDIED. <br />PLANNING DIRECTOR REDICK NOTED THAT IF THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT <br />GETS TOO BOGGED DOWN NOW IN DOING LITTLE STUDIES, THEY MAY NEVER GET AT <br />THE BIG ONE. HE STATED THAT HE WOULD PREFER TO DO THIS STUDY AS PART <br />OF THE OVERALL STUDY SINCE THEY NEED TO PUT TOGETHER AN INTEGRATED PLAN <br />THAT MAKES SENSE FOR THE WHOLE COUNTY. <br />ON MOTION MADE BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AGREED TO REFER AREA 2 BACK TO THE PLANNING <br />DEPARTMENT FOR FURTHER STUDY. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AGREED THAT THE EAST 330' OF SEC. 28, TWP. 33S, <br />RANGE 39E, LESS THE NORTH 660' THEREOF; <br />AND THE EAST 330' OF SEC. 33, Twp'. 33S, RANGE 39E <br />BE REZONED FROM C-1 COMMERCIAL TO A -AGRICULTURAL, AND THAT: <br />,.
