He asked the Board to open the Public Hearing to receive input. <br />Commissioner Wheeler remarked that this is a rental property where the mobile <br />homeowners lease the land they occupy, and if the County makes a loan to the mobile homeowner <br />and not the owner of the Park what happens if the Park goes out of business and they decide to <br />build condominiums there.
