COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT – CONSIDERATION OF <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />FOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF <br />COMMUNITY AFFAIRS (DCA) SCHOOL CONCURRENCY <br />GRANT <br />Community Development Director Keating reviewed his memorandum explaining <br />the DCA asked Indian River County to be a pilot community and receive funding from the State <br />for meeting school concurrency requirements, sharing responsibilities with all five municipalities. <br />He requested Board approval of the Memorandum of Understanding for Administration of the <br />DCA School Concurrency Grant which the School Board will bring up later in the week. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Memorandum of Understanding for Administration of the <br />DCA School Concurrency Grant and authorized the <br />Chairman to sign the same, as recommended in the <br />memorandum of November 8, 2005. <br />November 15, 2005 20 <br /> <br />
