HE CONTINUED THAT WHEN SOMEBODY IS ALLOWED TO COME IN AND <br />PUT A PRELIMINARY PLAT ON RECORD SHOWING PROPER DRAINAGE AND ROADS, AND <br />THEY ARE NOT PUT IN, HE FELT THE COUNTY MIGHT HAVE SOME RESPONSIBILITY <br />BECAUSE THESE THINGS WERE SHOWN ON THE PLAT AND NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH ON. <br />ADMINISTRATOR .JENNINGS STATED THAT WE WOULD TODAY, BUT ANY- <br />THING COULD'HAVE HAPPENED BACK THEN. <br />MR. DRITENBAS QUESTIONED WHOSE RESPONSIBILITY IT IS TO CORRECT <br />THIS. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED. CHAIRMAN WODTKE FELT LEGAL ACTION MIGHT <br />BE NECESSARY, AND ATTORNEY COLLINS SUGGESTED THAT THE SOLUTION TO THE <br />PROBLEM WOULD BE TO TAKE UP THE OFFERS OF THE SURVEYOR AND ENGINEER AND <br />LET THEM MAKE THE DETERMINATION. <br />BOTH MR. SCONYERS AND MR. REDISH THANKED THE BOARD FOR TAKING <br />THE TIME TO HEAR THESE PROBLEMS. MR, REDISH STATED THAT HE DID NOT FEEL <br />THE COUNTY SHOULD BE INVOLVED AND BELIEVED THE MATTER COULD BE STRAIGHTENED <br />OUT BETWEEN THE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION AND HIMSELF. <br />THE HOUR OF 9:30 O'CLOCK A.M.
