CHAIRMAN WODTKE FELT LEGAL ACTION MIGHT <br />BE NECESSARY, AND ATTORNEY COLLINS SUGGESTED THAT THE SOLUTION TO THE <br />PROBLEM WOULD BE TO TAKE UP THE OFFERS OF THE SURVEYOR AND ENGINEER AND <br />LET THEM MAKE THE DETERMINATION. <br />BOTH MR. SCONYERS AND MR. REDISH THANKED THE BOARD FOR TAKING <br />THE TIME TO HEAR THESE PROBLEMS.
