<br />Iridian River County, Florida, and containing 9.7 acres, mare or less.
<br />hereinafter referrbd to as "Dervelopar's Property", and is about to develop
<br />said land by platting, it or b; constructin& buildings, residences,and/or
<br />other improvements thereon= and
<br />iriM2Ell;, Service Company is willing. to authorize the construction,
<br />installation and uxttension of its eantral water system, and thereafter
<br />to operate such uystam so that all buildings and/or residences con-
<br />structed on Developer's Property by Developer or by any paraon, firm or
<br />corporation holding by., thromgh, or under Developer; raay have furnished
<br />to it and to its occupants an adequate domestic water supply, subject
<br />to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

<br />on a plat of Developer's Property that in to be recorded_or on Dorolopar'a
<br />Property as shown in Water Distribution Layout Plan to be prepared by
