<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Commissioner Davis questioned the rules of procedure, and County Attorney <br />Collins advised that the Chairman decides all questions of order. <br /> <br />MOTION CARRIED. (The Board, by a 3-2 vote <br />\[Commissioners Wheeler and Bowden opposed\] <br />adopted Ordinance 2004-039 amending the Zoning <br />Ordinance and the accompanying Zoning Map for <br />approximately 17.58 acres located at the southwest <br />th <br />corner of SR-60 and 66 Avenue from A-1, <br />Agricultural District (up to 1 unit/5 acres) to RM-8, <br />Multiple-Family Residential District \[up to 8 units/acre\] <br />\[Vero Holdings, Inc.\]). <br /> <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Davis, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowden, to reconsider <br />the density. <br /> <br />After discussion, the Chairman CALLED THE <br />QUESTION and the Motion FAILED by a 2-3 vote <br />(Commissioners Lowther, Wheeler and Chairman <br />Neuberger opposed). <br /> <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Davis to <br />change the density to from RM-8 to RM-6. <br /> <br />THE MOTION DIED for lack of a second. <br />NOVEMBER 16, 2004 22 <br /> <br />
