<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> November 16, 2004 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br /> The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met in <br />th <br />Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, 1840 25 Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on <br />Tuesday, November 16, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. Present were Chairman Arthur R. Neuberger, <br />Commissioner Thomas S. Lowther, and newly elected Commissioners Sandra L. Bowden, <br />Commissioner Wesley S. Davis and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were Joseph Baird, County <br />Administrator; William G. Collins II, County Attorney; Kimberly Massung, Executive Aide to the <br />Board; and Patricia “PJ” Jones, Deputy Clerk. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairman Neuberger called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />2. INVOCATION <br /> Public Works Director Jim Davis delivered the Invocation. <br /> <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> Chairman Neuberger led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />SWEARING IN OF NEW COMMISSIONERS <br />County Judge Joe Wild <br /> administered the Oath of Office to newly elected <br />Judge Wild <br />Commissioners Sandra L. Bowden, Wesley S. Davis and Gary C. Wheeler. read a <br />brief excerpt from Prophet Micah, Chapter 6, asking the Commissioners to provide justice within <br />NOVEMBER 16, 2004 6 <br /> <br />
