There being no further speakers, the Chairman closed the Public Hearing. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wheeler, <br />SECONDED by Vice Chairman Solari, to approve SR60 <br />Vero LLC's rezoning request. <br />Commissioner Wheeler affirmed that this was an excellent location in which to have <br />some multi -family units and student rentals, and a good location for people who do not have <br />cars, or who prefer to walk to and from the nearby commercial areas. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the <br />Motion carried unanimously. the Board adopted <br />Ordinance 2009-022, amending the Zoning Ordinance <br />and the accompanying zoning map for ± 19.98 acres <br />located south of S.R. 60 and approximately 1350 feet west <br />of 58th Avenue from RM -6, Multi -Family Residential <br />District (up to 6 units/acre) to RM -8, Multi -Family <br />Residential District (up to 8 units/acre); and providing <br />codification, severability, and effective date. <br />10.A.2.
