ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Neuberger, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2003-145 canceling taxes upon publicly <br />owned land, pursuant to section 196.28, Florida Statutes. <br />(Oslo Trade Center, Right -of -Way - Barber Street.) <br />7.M. REPEAL OF B UILDING CODE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND <br />APPEALS — SECTION 103.03.3 OF THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />CODE — REQUEST TO ADVERTISE PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />DECEMBER 9.2003 <br />(CLERK'S NOTE: THIS ITEM WAS HEARD PRIOR TO ITEM 7.A. <br />AND PLACED HERE FOR CONTINUITY.) <br />County Attorney Collins explained that this request is to change the name <br />"Building Code Board of Adjustment & Appeals" to "The Construction Board of <br />Adjustment and Appeals" to comply with the Florida Building Code and to repeal <br />Section 103.03.3 of our Code. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously authorized a <br />Public Hearing on December 9, 2003 to consider repealing <br />Code Section 103.03.3, as recommended in the <br />memorandum. <br />NOVEMBER 18, 2003 11 <br />
