AND MARYA. <br />THORNTON, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />Vice Chairman Flescher spoke of the challenges of the acquisition process, and <br />commended Public Works Director Jim Davis, Assistant Public Works Director Chris Mora, and <br />Land Acquisition Specialist Louise Gates, for transacting an acquisition that was fair and <br />equitable. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Solari, the Board unanimously approved <br />Alternative No. 1, the purchase of the 0.268 acre parcel on <br />the north side of 37th Street, west of 66th Avenue for the <br />purchase price of $13,865.34, plus $693.27 in attorney <br />fees, and authorized the Chairman to execute the Purchase <br />Agreement with Paul A. and Mary A.
