REQUEST TO SPEAK FROM E vERETTE BROWN REGARDING 43RD <br />AVENUE <br />Katia Brown, 4236 11th Street, spoke on behalf of her husband, Everette Brown. <br />She thanked the Commissioners for taking an interest in the effect that the road widening is <br />having on the residents.
