HE STATED THAT SINGLING OUT STATE ROAD <br />60 COULD CAUSE SOME LEGAL PROBLEMS, BUT NOT WHEN IT IS HANDLED ON A <br />TEMPORARY BASIS. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY ONE PRESENT WHO WISHED <br />TO SPEAK FOR OR AGAINST THE ORDINANCE.
