WALKER STATED THAT THIS IS A ROUTINE <br />SPECIAL EXCEPTION. THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN OWNED BY MR. WILLIAM HOWARD <br />SINCE 1966, AND HE WOULD LIKE A PERMIT ISSUED TO PUT ONE TRAILER ON 1.3 <br />ACRES. THIS PROPERTY IS ZONED R -IRM AND THERE ARE MANY TRAILERS IN THIS <br />AREA.
