8.N. FINAL PAYMENT AND RELEASE OF RETAINAGE WORK ORDER #3, <br />COASTAL TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION INC., SECTOR 3 BEACH <br />RESTORATION <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously <br />approved the final invoice and retainage release request <br />with Coastal Technology Corporation, Inc. (Sector 3 <br />Beach Restoration). The work contained in the Work <br />Order is subject to 50% cost sharing with the Florida <br />Department of Environmental Protection under Grant <br />Agreement 03IR1. Local funding of Beach Restoration <br />includes a portion of Local Option Tourist Tax revenue as <br />well as allocations of the One -Cent Sales Tax, all as stated <br />and recommended in the memorandum of October 16, <br />2009. <br />8.0. WORK ORDER No. 6, CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING & <br />MAPPING/GIS SERVICES CONTRACT 0725 MORGAN AND EKLUND, INC., <br />SECTOR 3 BEACH RESTORATION — LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS AND SKETCHES <br />FOR TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously <br />approved Work Order No. 6 to Contract No. 0725 with <br />Morgan and Eklund, Inc. (for Sector 3 Beach Restoration). <br />Local funding of Beach Restoration includes a portion of <br />Local Option Tourist Tax Revenue as well as allocation of <br />13 <br />November 3, 2009 <br />
