the mediation, instead of delaying it for another thirty or sixty days, because of the Interlocal <br />Agreement with the School District. <br />Chairman Davis felt that Attorney DeBraal had gone through the correct process by <br />undergoing the mediation process and bringing the Mediated Settlement Agreement back to the <br />Board for consideration. The mediations are now concluded, and the matter can proceed to <br />Court. <br />Assistant County Administrator Michael Zito provided a brief explanation of the <br />mediation process. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the <br />Motion carried unanimously. ANNUAL APPOINTMENT OF COUNCIL MEMBERS TO TREASURE COAST <br />REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL (TCRPC) <br />Chairman Davis conveyed the request of the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council <br />(TCRPC), for the County to submit its appointees, consisting of four members and four <br />alternates (two County, two Municipal) for next year, prior to its December 11, 2009 <br />Organizational Meeting. He said the current policy is to rotate representation between a small <br />city and a large city. Chairman Davis asked Commissioners if they wanted to leave the process <br />in place, or craft another type of policy. <br />44 <br />November 3, 2009 <br />
