ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Flescher, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 15, 2009, <br />as written. <br />15.B.2. INDIAN RIVER CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION'S REQUEST FOR SOLID WASTE <br />ASSESSMENT ADJUSTMENT <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />the adjustment of the Indian River Correctional Institution's <br />2009 Solid Waste Assessment in the amount of $6,175.81, <br />contingent upon the Indian River Correctional Institution <br />continuing to provide inmate labor for landfill operations, <br />as requested in the memorandum of October 23, 2009. <br />ALL BACKUP DOCUMENTATION, RESOLUTIONS, AND ORDINANCES ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD AND ARE HEREBY MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES <br />November 3, 2009 2 <br />S.W.D.D. <br />
