DERYL LOAR, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SHERIFF <br />CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICER FINANCIAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2008-2009 <br />Sheriff Deryl Loar provided an overview of his budget, the money his Department saved <br />throughout the year, attrition rates, the money received from state and federal grants, and what he <br />intends to include in his Five -Year Plan. He thereafter presented a check to the County in the <br />amount of $264,192.01. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously <br />accepted the Financial Report of the Indian River County <br />Sheriff's Office for fiscal year 2008-2009, returned funds <br />in the amount of $264,192.01, as submitted under cover of <br />letter dated October 28, 2009. <br />10.
