RETENTION OF SPECIALIZED OUTSIDE COUNSEL BY <br />SWDD <br />On MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Vice Chairman Davis, the Board <br />unanimously approved the Retainer Agreement between the <br />Solid Waste Disposal District and the law firm of Young <br />van Assenderp, P.A., and authorized the Chairman to <br />execute same, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />October 24, 2008. <br />LETTER AGREEMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />ALL BACKUP DOCUMENTATION ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD AND <br />ARE HEREBY MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, the Chairman declared the Meeting adjourned at 3:05 <br />p.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Jeffrey K.
