11.J.1. WINTER GROVE SUBDIVISION PETITION WATER SERVICE — 28TH & <br />29TH COURTS & 70TH PLACE, NORTH OF NORTH WINTER BEACH ROAD <br />— 69TH STREET, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT NO. UCP - 3013 <br />Commissioner O'Bryan wanted to know the status of the petition. <br />James Chastain, Manager of Assessment Projects, Department of Utility Services, <br />informed Commissioner O'Bryan that of the 28 lots, 21 owners had signed the petition supporting <br />the project. <br />There was a brief question and answer period where Commissioner O'Bryan wanted <br />to know the specifics of the lot prices and when the petitions were signed. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board by a 4-0 vote, <br />(Chairman Wheeler absent) approved the project and <br />authorized the Department of Utility Services to proceed <br />with the engineering design work and negotiate a contract <br />for survey services, with one of the approved survey <br />consultants, in preparation for the Special Assessment <br />project, as recommended in the memorandum of October <br />22, 2007. <br />11.J.2.
