Assistant County Attorney William DeBraal remarked that the Sheriff served <br />Mr.Luongo, personally. Thereafter, staff followed up with certified mail that was not picked up. <br /> <br />Mr. Heady noted that there was nothing in the records to show there was any service <br />or signed receipt of any notice. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued questioning delivery and receipt of the citation, and the lack of <br />evidence in the public records showing Mr. Luongo’s signature on any document. <br /> <br />Chairman Neuberger suggested Mr. Heady get with staff to compare records and to <br />make sure he has the current records he requested. <br />Mr. Heady again asked the Board to vacate the judgment explaining that it would <br />save the County tax dollars. <br /> <br />Administrator Baird promised to get the correct documents to Mr. Heady. <br /> <br />No Board Action taken. <br /> <br /> <br />5.REQUEST TO SPEAK FROM SUSAN A.
